Security and trust

Built to be trusted with your members and money.

Clubs hold personal data and handle real money. The platform is designed for that from day one.

A private workspace per club

Every club’s data is kept separate. No club can see another club’s records.

Your money stays yours

Payments go straight to your club’s own Paybill or Till. We never hold club funds.

Data Protection Act 2019

Designed around Kenyan data-protection duties: consent, minimal data and members’ rights.

Access by office

Treasurers see finances, secretaries see records, members see their own. Access comes with the office and ends with the term.

History you can trust

Changes to members, money and roles go into an activity log. Issued invoices are never edited; mistakes are corrected with credit notes.

Works on any phone

Every page works on a phone, from paying dues to checking in at a meeting with the QR code.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Can’t find what you’re looking for? Reach out to the REATECH team.

Does our club need its own M-Pesa Paybill or Till?

For automatic M-Pesa collection, yes: payments go straight into your club’s own account and we never hold your funds. Clubs without one can still record cash and bank payments manually.

Is this an official Rotary International product?

No. It is an independent product by REATECH Technologies, built for how Kenyan clubs run day to day. Rotary International’s own systems remain the official record for RI.

Does it replace My Rotary?

No, it complements it. My Rotary stays the source for RI records; this platform runs your club’s daily operations: dues, attendance, communications and projects.

What happens at the 1 July handover?

Incoming officers get their roles automatically on 1 July, outgoing access ends, and the full history (members, payments, attendance, projects) stays with the club.

Can members use it on their phones?

Yes. The member portal is designed mobile-first: members can pay dues with M-Pesa, see meetings, send apologies and check their attendance from any phone.

How much does it cost?

Each club pays a monthly or yearly subscription; the plans and prices are listed above. Every new club starts with a free 30-day trial. Your members’ dues are paid to your club, never to us.

Can we use our own domain?

Yes. Every club gets an address from us, and can also connect its own domain or a subdomain of it, such as rotaryathiriver.org or app.rotaryathiriver.org. The settings page shows the DNS record to add and connects it with a secure certificate.

How do we get started?

Register your club to get its own web address. We check each new sign-up and email you when the club is open. Then sign in as club admin: import your members from Excel, set up dues and connect your Paybill.

Bring your club online before the next handover.
